Planning

We make planning of your project as painless and as enjoyable experience for you as possible. We are professionally prepared and capable to assist you in all that is involved, from ideas and conception to making your dream a pleasant reality.

Step One:

First we' d like to invite you to our showroom to meet and talk briefly about your specific project. If you and our company decide we should proceed, we then assign one of our experienced designers to meet with you to find out if we’d like to spend several weeks together making dreams come true. If it turns out we’d like to work together, our designer will listen to your requirements, and your budget range to determine the design process and what it will take to accomplish your project.  Upon your request we  will make a visit  to your job site for measuring and   to talk to  you about your requirments and   wants and needs. We then take this information back and create a preliminary  design and prepare an estimate for you.  We meet again in our show room for a presentation. Once a budget is determined and the pricing is greed upon then we will proceed to the next step.

Step Two:

This is actually a very exciting and fun filled step. This is where brain storming begins and ideas and possibilities are explored. We believe a home is where individuals should have their personalities and their lifestyle be reflected upon their nest. Our designers will work closely with you to finalize the design of your project to fit your preferences and in bringing your dreams to life. We will not simply measure walls and try to fit something in a given space. Here we will take your hands and help you select the many options that are available to fit your budget and your lifestyle in order to create a functional design that is beautiful to your taste. We consider the design stage a very important step in fulfilling a dream. Pen, papers and computers  are only a fraction of our tools. We have access to thousands of different products that appropriately will be presented to you. At the end you can expect to have a comrehensive design with adequate information to begin the project successfully.

Step Three:

Here together we will review a completed scope of work and will ensure your selections during the design process that reflect your actual budget amount. Once you are comfortable with end results, together we will sign a detailed contract that outlines both parties responsibilities and the scope of work. This is not only required by law but also is for both of our benefit and interests. After the contract is signed, then you can relax as we deal with all the background work that very few people realize are present with every construction project. Things like preparation of additional details, drawings, engineering, as needed to submit for permits, all legal regiments and paperwork, ordering supplies, scheduling labor, managing the project and workman's comp coverage are just to name a few that is seldom considered by homeowners.

These pictures of an older home  are from one of our actual jobs before the demolishing and transformation work began.

Step Four:

We are now ready to implement a dream. Our focus is now shifted from paper and pencil to actual remodeling work. At this time we will assign a project manager to coordinate, assist and ensure a smooth operation. During the remodeling phase some part of the home such as the kitchen or bathroom may be inaccessible and unusable for some time. This is when a homeowner will make other alternative arrangements as necessary. While we are sensitive to this temporary discomfort, we do our best to complete our job in a timely manor without sacrificing quality and workmanship. We proceed with demolishing the old to make room for new changes per design. We then execute all necessary steps to bring the design to a pleasant reality.
